How Deliveries Works at Brothers Electronics
We deliver across Dhaka City through our own people and nationwide by Sundarban or SA Poribahon. Deliveries work differently depending on where you want the item to be delivered and we help to get the faster delivery.
Dhaka City
We deliver across Dhaka city through our own people most of the time and for a few cases, we do use an e-courier Courier and in general, delivery was done within 24-48 hours.
Brothers Electronics Stores Pickup
If you order any product and want to pick it up from our stores, then you can do that but we request you to call our Hotline- +88 019 999 82226 to confirm the stock. Once we confirm you can pick up your order from Brothers Electronics stores between 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM, (Wednesday to Monday).
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery time frames depend on where you want the item to be delivered. Here is some timing for your kind reference-
Inside Dhaka
In general, we do deliver the next day after confirmation. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 2 to 3 working days or more in that case we will update by email or over a phone call.
Outside Dhaka/ Whole Bangladesh
We deliver to all major cities across the country via Different Courier Services, an estimated delivery date is provided when your checkout. Most national orders are delivered in 1 to 2 business days. In exceptional cases, it can take more time but don’t worry we will keep you posted from time to time to give the best possible schedule time to deliver the item.
Note: Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day [if the order is placed and get confirmed before 3 PM]. If an order is placed after 3 pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day.
Do you charge for delivery- What’s the charge?
Yes, we charge for the shipping charge, but It depends on where you want the item to be delivered and the amount of your single order.
Dhaka City:
We deliver across Dhaka city mostly on Next Day and usually it BDT200.00. For delivery fees outside this border, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout, or we will confirm with you over the phone or by email.
Nationwide
We work with Different Courier companies to deliver orders nationwide. If you are checking out for delivery outside of Dhaka it will cost you BDT100.00 to 150.00 Taka for most of the items, in exceptional cases we provide a shipping estimate on checkout.
Can I pick up my items?
Yes, you can but you will need to place an order online and confirm with us the stock availability before visiting our stores.
Some exceptions may apply in terms of which items can be picked up. Give us a call on
+88 019 999 82226 to confirm the schedule of the store's Pickup.
How do I track my order?
We'll send you an email / SMS as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse and generally, we do it on the same day if you placed an order before 3 PM. Where required, your email or SMS may include a tracking number.
Alternatively, you can jump into your account to track your order status online.

What do I do if I have placed an order and need to change my delivery details?

If your order has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately not be able to change any delivery details.
